Two Hospitalized after Wrong-Way Collision near Camino Alto

MILL VALLEY, CA (February 24, 2025) – Wednesday evening, two drivers sustained injuries in a head-on crash on Miller Avenue. 

The incident occurred at approximately 6:00 p.m., at the 700 block of Miller Road near Tamalpais High School and Camino Alto. 

Based on the initial investigation, an oncoming vehicle crossed the center median for reasons unknown. Consequently, the vehicle collided head-on with another car traveling in the opposite direction. 

First responders rushed the two drivers to a nearby hospital where they remain in critical condition. 

Officers reported that a third vehicle also sustained minor damages. However, no other injuries were reported. 

The Mill Valley Police continues to investigate the Miller Avenue collision. Those who witnessed the head-on crash are asked to call Corporal Kofford at (415) 389-4100. Once available, more details will be provided.
