44-Year-Old Woman Killed in Pedestrian Collision near Campbell Avenue

PHOENIX, AZ (February 24, 2025) – An SUV vs pedestrian crash on 51st Avenue claimed the life of Rafaela Montes-Garcia, early Sunday morning.

The incident occurred around 1:20 a.m., near 51st and West Campbell Avenue on February 23rd.
