43-Year-Old Man Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Hit-and-Run Collision near Dunlap Avenue

PHOENIX, AZ (February 5, 2025) – Friday evening, Leandro Antonio was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash on 16th Avenue.

The incident happened around 7:00 p.m., near Dunlap Avenue on January 24th.

Authorities arrived and found 43-year-old Antonio with life-threatening injuries. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to Antonio but he succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
