48-Year-Old Bicyclist Injured in Hit-and-Run Crash on Triple Crown Road
MENIFEE, CA (February 6, 2025) – Thursday afternoon, police responded to a hit-and-run collision on Menifee Road that injured one cyclist.
Menifee Police Officers responded to the scene around 7:00 p.m., near Triple Crown Road on January 23rd.
Investigation say the 48-year-old cyclist was heading north on Menifee Road. The driver of a vehicle then struck the bicyclist at the intersection.
Upon impact, the involved driver fled the scene without rendering aid or contacting authorities.
Following preliminary duties, police were not able to locate the suspect.
Paramedics also transported the cyclist to a nearby hospital for treatment of serious injuries.
