2 Drivers Pronounced Dead after Head-On Collision on Palm Drive [Desert Hot Springs, CA]
Two Unidentified Drivers Fatally Injured in Two-Vehicle Accident near Dillon Road
DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA (December 11, 2024) – Saturday morning, two drivers were pronounced dead after a head-on collision on Palm Drive.
Police officers received dispatch calls just after 6:00 p.m., near Dillon Road on November 30th.
For reasons under investigation, the driver of a northbound vehicle veered into oncoming lanes and collided head-on with a southbound car.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained, responding medics pronounced both drivers dead at the scene. Although, investigators have not yet released their names or place of residency.
Meanwhile, troopers blocked Palm Drive from Dillion Road to Varner Road for a brief time while they worked to clear the wreckage. An active investigation to determine further information is still currently underway.
Once available, more information will be provided about the fatal head-on collision on Palm Drive.
