Ronald Dixon Fatally Struck in 2-Car Accident on State Route 74 [Peoria, AZ]
22-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Car Accident near Lake Pleasant Parkway
PEORIA, AZ (September 5, 2024) – Thursday afternoon, Ronald Dixon was fatally struck in a 2-car accident on State Route 74.
Officers received dispatch calls around 4:00 p.m., near Lake Pleasant Parkway on August 22nd.
According to officers, the collision involved a black Ford F-150 and a silver Hyundai Sonata occupied by Dixon and another person.
Investigators say the Ford was traveling east, entering the intersection on Lake Pleasant Parkway. Meanwhile, the Hyundai was heading west and the two vehicles collided.
Paramedics arrived and transported two occupants to a nearby hospital where 22-year-old Dixon, of Las Vegas passed away.
In addition, the driver of the Ford remained uninjured.
