Andrew Reyes Killed in Solo-Car Crash on Hart Lane [Austin, TX]
16-Year-Old Passenger Pronounced Dead after Single-Vehicle Accident near Laurel Valley Drive
AUSTIN, TX (August 29, 2024) – Early Wednesday morning, Andrew Reyes was killed in a solo-car crash on Hart Lane.
Authorities responded to the scene just before 2:40 a.m., at the 6800 block of Hart Lane near Laurel Valley Drive on August 7th.
Upon arrival, troopers located 16-year-old Reyes suffering from critical injuries. However, the driver and two passengers from the vehicle fled the scene just before authorities arrived.
Paramedics quickly transported Reyes to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries the next day.
