Multiple Injured in 2-Car Accident near Avenue A
BEAUMONT, TX (August 7, 2024) – Monday evening, ten victims sustained injuries in a fiery two-vehicle collision on Washington Boulevard.
The incident occurred around 7:50 p.m., near Avenue A on July 29th.
Investigators say two vehicles collided in a gas station parking lot near the intersection. Upon arrival, troopers found one vehicle that was heavily damaged and engulfed in flames.
Emergency responders quickly worked to put out the fire. Medics say a total of 10 people suffered injuries, with two in critical state. Responding paramedics transported all injured victims to different hospitals for treatment.
