Jeremy Doyle Dies in Motorcycle Crash on State Route 530 [Snohomish County, WA]
46-Year-Old Rider Pronounced Dead after SUV Collision near Tom Creek Road
SNOHOMISH COUNTY, WA (July 1st, 2024) – Tuesday evening, Jeremy Doyle was fatally struck in a motorcycle crash on State Route 530.
Authorities responded to the scene around 7:50 p.m., near Tom Creek Road and Fortson on June 18th.
The collision involved a Chevrolet Equinox driven by a 33-year-old man with one passenger, and Doyle riding his Kawasaki motorcycle.
Investigators say the motorcyclist was attempting to turn into a driveway when the westbound Chevy did not yield the right of way. As a result, the rider struck the side of the vehicle, causing life-threatening injuries.
Due to the extent of his condition, medics pronounced 46-year-old Doyle dead at the scene.
Following preliminary duties, it was unknown if alcohol or drugs played a role in the collision. However, failure to yield right-of-way from the SUV was the primary factor. No arrests were made at this time, and further investigation remains ongoing.
Our deepest condolences and sympathies are with the family and friends of Jeremy Doyle.
