Woman Critically Injured in Five-Car Accident near Thunderbird Road

PHOENIX, AZ (May 28, 2024) – Tuesday morning, five people were hospitalized following a multi-car collision on 60th Street.

Authorities responded to the scene around 1:00 a.m., near Thunderbird Road.

At this time, the events leading up to the incident remain unclear. However, reports indicate that five vehicles with eleven occupants collided in the area.

Medical personnel arrived and transported at least five victims to a nearby hospital for further treatment. Crews say one of the women was suffering from critical injuries, as well as two children and two adults.
