65-Year-Old Rider Pronounced Dead after Bicycle Collision on South Presa Street
SAN ANTONIO, TX (March 4, 2024) – Late Tuesday afternoon, William Mize was killed in a bicycle accident on Graf Road.
Police officers responded to the scene just before 5:00 p.m., near South Presa Street on February 13th.
Investigators say the driver of a vehicle struck a bicyclist as they were attempting to cross the street. Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced 65-year-old Mize dead at the scene.
Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Officers say no arrests were made.
