Two Men Fatally Struck in High-Speed Motorcycle Accident near South Eastern Avenue
LAS VEGAS, NV (February 19, 2024) – Late Sunday evening, two male riders were killed in a motorcycle accident on East Tropicana Avenue.
Officers responded to the scene around 10:30 a.m., near South Eastern Avenue.
Witnesses spotted a blue 2005 Kawasaki Ninja occupied by two men traveling at high speeds, per initial reports. For reasons under investigation, the rider lost control and crashed into a curb causing both occupants to be ejected.
Responding medical personnel pronounced both men dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their identities.
A portion of the roadway was temporarily shut down to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties. At this time, an active investigation to determine further information is still currently underway.
