SACRAMENTO, CA (February 15, 2024) – Sunday afternoon, Alexander Cooper died, and Jasmine Cooper was hurt in a car accident on Highway 50.
Authorities responded to the scene around 4:35 p.m., on the westbound lanes of the freeway just east of 65th Street.
