Four Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision near 4th Street
LOS ANGELES, CA (February 8, 2024) – Wednesday afternoon, four victims were hospitalized after a stolen-vehicle collision on Arizona Avenue.
Authorities responded to the scene around 1:15 p.m., near 4th Street just east of the 710 Freeway.
The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Deputies were pursuing a stolen vehicle when the suspect collided with several other vehicles in the area. Officers described the involved vehicles as a white Toyota Tacoma, a white SUV, and a smaller vehicle.
Paramedics transported four people to nearby hospitals for further treatment. Crews say two of the victims were in serious condition.
Following preliminary duties, authorities arrested the suspect for suspicion of assaulting a deputy with a deadly weapon.
