Bicycle-Auto Hit-and-Run Collision near Garner Road Kills 14-Year-Old Boy
STOCKTON, CA (January 26, 2024) – A hit-and-run collision on French Camp Road in Stockton claimed the life of Jayden Walker last Monday morning.
Police responded to reports of the collision around 8:13 a.m. at the 1900 East French Camp Road, near Garner Road.
According to the investigators, a vehicle with an unknown make and model hit the teenager riding his bicycle. However, the driver involved did not render aid to the victim and fled the scene before the authorities arrived.
The first responders said the boy sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. Later, the San Joaquin County Coroner’s Office identified the deceased victim as 14-year-old Jayden Walker of Lathrop.
