Car Collision near Paseo Montanoso Left 87-Year-Old Woman Injured
SAN DIEGO, CA (January 26, 2024) – Sunday afternoon, a two-vehicle on Camino Del Norte sent an elderly female driver to a hospital.
Police responded to the collision around 1:10 p.m. in the area of Camino del Norte and Paseo Montanoso, in Rancho Bernardo.
According to the report, an eastbound 2017 Honda ran past a red light for unknown reasons. Consequently, the 24-year-old man driving the Toyota broadside a 2024 Toyota turning left onto southbound Paseo Montanoso.
Responding medical personnel transported the 87-year-old woman driving the Toyota to a hospital for serious injuries.
It was unclear if the Honda driver was arrested at the scene. At this time, the identities of the parties involved remain undisclosed to the public.
