Timothy Embargo Killed in Two-Vehicle Accident on Northeast Stallings Drive [Nacogdoches, TX]
23-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after 2-Car Collision near Maid Marion Drive
NACOGDOCHES, TX (January 22, 2024) – Timothy Embargo died Wednesday afternoon in a two-vehicle accident on Northeast Stallings Drive.
Police responded to the scene around 2:20 p.m., at the 3700 block of Northeast Stallings Drive near Maid Marion Drive on January 10th.
Officers say Embargo was heading west in a passenger vehicle and veered into the eastbound lanes for reasons unknown. As a result, 23-year-old Embargo struck an oncoming truck.
Despite life-saving efforts, medics later pronounced Embargo dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported the occupants from the truck to a nearby hospital for further treatment. At this time, an active investigation to determine further information is still currently underway.
