Two-Vehicle Crash Near Los Carneros Road Left One Injured
SANTA BARBARA, CA (January 17, 2024) – Saturday morning, a head-on accident on Cathedral Oaks Road sent one person to a hospital.
Emergency personnel responded to the collision around 10:45 a.m. at the 6300 Cathedral Oaks Rd, between Los Carneros and Gled Annie Roads.
According to the report, a Jeep Cherokee and a Chevrolet pickup truck collided with each other. However, the circumstances that led up to the crash remain unclear.
Eventually, paramedics arrived at the scene and transported the Cherokee driver to a hospital for treatment of significant injuries. Meanwhile, the Dodge driver sustained minor injuries and refused additional medical evaluation.
At this time, the identities of the parties involved in the collision have not been disclosed to the public.
During the investigation, Santa Barbara Officials closed the Cathedral Oaks Road for several hours.
