Cyclist Left Injured on Roadway after Crash on East Colossal Cave Road
TUCSON, AZ (January 16, 2024) – On Friday noon, a hit-and-run crash near South Pistol Hill Road injured one bicyclist.
The incident happened on January 5th between 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. near the South Pistol Hill Road and East Colossal Cave Road area.
According to the Pima County Sheriff’s Department, they received a call involving a downed cyclist with significant injuries.
Consequently, responding paramedics arrived at the scene and transported the cyclist to the hospital with unknown extent of injuries.
Authorities have yet to release new information about them.
The officials added no additional information and further investigation is still underway.
