Driver Sought in Fatal Pedestrian Crash Near Main Street Ramp

WOODLAND, CA (November 27, 2023) – Tuesday morning, a hit-and-run collision on Highway 113 claimed the life of Kevin Donald Casey.

The fatal crash happened around 5:00 a.m. along SR-113 near East and Main Streets. 

According to CHP, an unknown vehicle traveling southbound on Highway 113 hit the pedestrian for unknown reasons. 

However, the driver did not stop to render aid to the victim and fled the scene. 

Unfortunately, the first responders declared the victim dead at the scene. The Yolo County Officials later identified the deceased pedestrian as 34-year-old Kevin Donald Casey of Woodland. 

At this time, police have not released any details regarding the suspect or the suspect’s vehicle.
