60-Year-Old Woman Fatally Struck in Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Accident near Hazelwood Street
PHOENIX, AZ (November 10, 2023) – Early Wednesday morning, Cheryl Lowe was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian collision on 29th Avenue.
Dispatchers received calls in the area around 5:45 a.m., near Hazelwood Street on November 1st.
According to reports, the driver of a vehicle struck Lowe and she was crossing mid-block. Medical personnel later pronounced 60-year-old Lowe dead, due to the extent of her condition.
