48-Year-Old Man Pronounced Dead after Car Accident near Cox Lane
OROVILLE, CA (November 9, 2023) – Wednesday morning, James Rhoads was killed in an auto accident on Palermo-Honcut Highway.
Authorities responded to the scene around 6:00 a.m., near Cox Lane on November 1st.
Per reports, Rhoads was driving a Ford F-250 and veered off the road before overcorrecting. The vehicle then lost control and struck a utility pole.
Responding medics later declared 48-year-old Rhoads dead due to the extent of injuries sustained.
