One Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Accident near Sahara Avenue

LAS VEGAS, NV (November 9, 2023) – Early Tuesday morning, one victim was pronounced dead following a pedestrian collision on Interstate 15.

Around 5:20 a.m., police responded on the northbound lanes of the freeway near Sahara Avenue on October 31st.

Reports indicate that the driver of a vehicle struck a pedestrian in the area. However, further events leading up to the crash still remain unclear.

Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced the severely injured pedestrian dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their identity.

Meanwhile, authorities blocked the northbound lanes and motorists were directed to the Sahara exit before it was later reopened just before 11:00 a.m.
