20-Year-Old Woman Pronounced Dead after Rollover Collision near Somerset Road

SAN ANTONIO, TX (November 7, 2023) – Early Friday morning, Ashanti Marie Flores was killed in a rollover accident on Interstate 35.

Authorities responded to the scene around 4:45 a.m., near Somerset Road on October 27th.

Per reports, the driver of a Toyota Solara veered off the road into the center grass median. The vehicle then rolled multiple times, ejecting the driver from the vehicle onto the road.

Medics arrived and pronounced the driver, 20-year-old Flores, dead at the scene due to multiple blunt force injuries.

At this time, the San Antonio Highway Patrol is working to determine further circumstances surrounding the Interstate 35 crash.
