FRESNO, CA (November 2, 2023) – Thursday evening, a 12-year-old girl was hospitalized after a hit-and-run pedestrian crash on Lowe Avenue.
Authorities responded to the scene around 6:30 p.m., near Orange Avenue on October 26th.
Per reports, the driver of a vehicle struck the young girl near the intersection and immediately fled the scene without contacting police.
