One Pronounced Dead after Rollover Collision near Belsera Court
RENO, NV (October 27, 2023) – Saturday morning, one driver was killed in a rollover accident on South McCarran Boulevard.
Police responded to the scene around 7:55 a.m., near Belsera Court and Skyline Boulevard on October 21st.
Officers say the driver of a black SUV was heading northwest on McCarran Boulevard and failed to maintain their lane. The SUV then veered off the road and overturned, ejecting the driver from the vehicle.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics later pronounced the sole occupant of the SUV dead at the scene. Although, authorities have not yet released their name or place of residency.
Emergency crews blocked off the northbound side of McCarran Boulevard at Plumas Street before it was later reopened at 12:30 p.m.
At this time, the identity of the deceased was not yet released, and further investigation is currently underway. Once available, more details will be provided about the fatal rollover accident on South McCarran Boulevard.
