Teen Killed in Multi-Car Accident on Highway 281 [Archer County, TX]
17-Year-Old Victim Pronounced Dead after 3-Vehicle Collision near Dollar General
ARCHER COUNTY, TX (October 25, 2023) – Friday afternoon, one teenager was killed in a multi-car accident on Highway 281.
Police responded tot he scene near the Dollar General Store in Windthorst on October 20th.
According to reports, the driver of a Ford F-250 rear-ended another car driven by the 17-year-old victim. A Chevrolet Malibu then struck one of the involved vehicles.
Medical responders then rushed a 17-year-old occupant to United Regional Health Care System where they later succumbed to their injuries. Although, authorities have not yet released her identity.
Emergency crews later closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Once available, further details will be provided about the multi-car accident on Highway 281.
