Female Driver Pronounced Dead after Big-Rig Collision near 8th Street
LOS ANGELES, CA (October 24, 2023) – Saturday morning, one woman was killed in an SUV vs semi-truck crash on Alameda Street.
Officers responded to the scene shortly before 3:00 a.m., in the area of Alameda and 8th Street.
According to witnesses, the driver of a black SUV failed to stop at the intersection and collided with a semi-truck traveling through a green light.
Due to the impact of the crash, the female SUV driver sustained fatal injuries and died at the scene. Her identity remains undisclosed to the public at this time.
