Male Worker Dies after Heavy Equipment Vehicle Rolled Over

THE COLONY, TX (October 12, 2023) – Friday morning, a tractor accident on Destination Drive caused the death of one construction worker.

The accident happened around 8:36 a.m. on September 22nd, at a construction site on the south side of the property along Destination Drive.

According to the officials, they responded to a report on a heavy equipment vehicle turned over at a construction site.

First responders arrived shortly after and pronounced the construction worker dead at the scene, due to the extent of his injuries sustained.

Additionally, officials temporarily shut down the surrounding area to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
