Man Killed, Two Injured in Multi-Vehicle Crash on O’Connor Road [San Antonio, TX]
One Dead, Two Hospitalized after Car Collision on Wurzbach Parkway
SAN ANTONIO, TX (October 11, 2023) – Early Sunday morning, a multi-vehicle crash on O’Connor Road killed one man and injured two others.
The accident happened just before 2:30 a.m. on September 24th, in the 12400 block of O’Connor Road.
According to SAPD, a truck got hit head-on by a driver who had violated the double yellow lines of the road, causing the other driver’s truck to roll and land on its right side.
Responders found one of the cars in a ditch, another one with significant damage, and a truck fell on its side.
Due to the extent of injuries sustained, medics pronounced one passenger dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, medical responders rushed the other passengers and the truck driver from the Ford to a hospital for further treatment.
Following preliminary duties, officers believed that drugs or alcohol were a factor. However, an active investigation is still currently underway.
