Two Killed in Three-Vehicle Crash on Interstate 30 [Fort Worth, TX]
Multi-Vehicle Pile-Up Near Cooks Lane Left Three Fatalities
FORT WORTH, TX (September 27, 2023) – Early Monday morning, a three-vehicle crash on Interstate 30 claimed the lives of at least two people.
The deadly incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. along the eastbound I-30 near Cooks Lane in east Fort Worth.
Based on the report, three vehicles were involved in the incident, including a Chevrolet pickup, a Cadillac, and a motorcycle.
Tragically, the responding medical units declared two people dead at the scene. However, it is unknown whether the individuals who passed away had been driving one of those vehicles.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office will release the identity of the deceased victims once their next of kin has been notified.
Moreover, both directions of the roadway were temporarily shut down to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
