One Pronounced Dead after Motorcycle Collision near Bee Caves Road

AUSTIN, TX (September 27, 2023) – Sunday evening, one victim was killed in a motorcycle accident on Highway 71.

Police responded to the scene around 8:20 p.m., near the intersection of Highway 71 and Bee Caves Road in Travis County. 

According to the Lake Travis Fire Department, the driver of a vehicle collided with a motorcycle. However, the circumstances leading up to the incident have not been determined by police. 

Responding paramedics declared one patient deceased at the scene, due to the extent of injuries sustained. Although, their identity remains undisclosed.
