One Injured, Two Arrested after Pursuit Collision near Indian School Road

PHOENIX, AZ (September 14, 2023) – Monday, Elijah Parker and Rachel Arnick were arrested after a pursuit crash on 20th Street.

The incident occurred near Indian School Road on August 28th.

Per reports, Glendale Police Officers located a vehicle that was under surveillance for an attempted robbery. As a result, undercover troopers performed a traffic stop and the suspects failed to cooperate and drove off.

Authorities chased the vehicle until it dropped off a passenger at a different location. The suspects then struck a police vehicle before hitting another car near 20th Street and Indian School Road.

Due to the impact, the driver of the third vehicle suffered minor injuries. Meanwhile, the occupants from the suspect vehicle and the police vehicle remained unharmed.

Police were later able to locate and arrest the driver and passenger of the suspect vehicle. Crews later identified them as Elijah Parker and Rachel Arnick.

At this time, an active investigation to determine further information is still currently underway.
