Multiple Hurt in 2-Car Accident near Viento Valle
SAN DIEGO, CA (August 14, 2023) – Tuesday afternoon, six victims sustained injuries in a major auto collision on San Pasqual Road.
Officers responded to the scene around 4:08 p.m., at the 15000 block of San Pasqual Valley Road near Viento Valle.
For reasons under investigation, a pickup-truck and a sedan collided on the eastbound lanes. Medics arrived and transported at least six injured occupants to a nearby hospital for further treatment.
Crews say four of the victims remain in critical condition.
Emergency crews closed off the eastbound lanes during cleanup and preliminary duties. At this time, an active investigation to determine further information about the auto collision on San Pasqual Valley Road is still currently underway.
