ALBUQUERQUE, NM (July 31, 2023) – Saturday afternoon, Rosanna Breuninger died after a hit-and-run crash on 12th Street.
The incident happened on July 22nd, just after 12:00 a.m., in the area of 12th Street Northwest and Los Arboles Avenue Northwest.
Furthermore, a silver car took Breuninger to her home near Second and Mescalero Northwest, just a few miles from the incident.
Afterward, a friend of Breuninger’s went to check on her when she did not show up at work. According to her friend, she went to the house at around 1:00 p.m. and saw 40-year-old Rosanna Breuninger without any signs of life on the floor.
Consequently, she called the authorities to report the incident. Breuninger’s boss told the authorities that she went to a concert the night before she died and rode her bike.
In addition, the police stated that Breuninger’s phone and other personal stuff were missing.
Meanwhile, the police are looking for the silver car and to speak with the driver. It was unknown if the car struck her or just took her to her home.
