Injuries Reported after Crash on Interstate 680 [Danville, CA]
Vehicle Collision near Sycamore Valley Road Resulted in Road Closure
DANVILLE, CA (July 19, 2023) – Friday morning, police were dispatched to a crash on Interstate 680 that blocked lanes.
According to the CHP, it happened in the late morning hours on July 14th, in the area just north of Sycamore Valley Road.
Furthermore, the collision ended up resulting in injuries and there were no updates on the conditions, or the identities, of the injured occupants.
Also, the vehicles involved were not yet released by the responding investigators.
Consequently, the authorities blocked all northbound lanes of the Interstate but it has since been reopened.
Meanwhile, the motorists were advised to be careful in the area and use other routes. Further investigation is still ongoing.
