2 Hospitalized after Semi-Truck Collision near Morongo Trail

CABAZON, CA (July 19, 2023) – Friday morning, two victims sustained injuries in a big-rig accident on Interstate 10.

Dispatchers received calls in the area just before 7:00 a.m., near the Morongo Trail off-ramp on July 14th.

According to the authorities, a big rig was seen overturned and the box truck ended up on its side causing injuries to two people.

Furthermore, both injured people were transported to the hospital with minor injuries. No further update on their condition or identities has been released at this time.

Consequently, the crews started to block three lanes and by 8:00 a.m., all lanes were blocked to clean up the site.

Meanwhile, motorists were advised to be vigilant while driving through the area.
