Fiery Car Crash Near Fall Creek Road Left Two San Ramon Bothers Dead

DUBLIN, CA (July 3, 2023) – A solo-vehicle crash on Dougherty Road claimed the lives of Adam Rasheed and Khaleed Rasheed late Tuesday night. 

The deadly incident happened around 10:25 p.m. on Dougherty and Fall Creek Road.

Based on the investigation, a BMW M3 traveling at a high rate of speed collided with a tree and a light pole. The vehicle then burst into flames before splitting in two. 

Unfortunately, the first responders declared the two occupants dead at the scene. Investigators also believed that driving at an excessive speed played a factor in the incident. 

Later, the Alameda County Coroner’s Bureau identified the two deceased victims as 25-year-old Adam Rasheed and 23-year-old Khaleed Rasheed. Both brothers from San Ramon were graduates of Dougherty Valley High School. 

Dublin Officials closed the southbound lane of Dougherty Road from Fall Creek Road to Willow Creek Driver for several hours to investigate. 

No further details regarding the Dougherty Road solo-vehicle crash have been released to the public. Dublin Officials will provide more information once available.
