SAN RAFAEL, CA (April 21, 2023) – Monday, one passenger was hurt and a driver was arrested after a hit-and-run crash on Belvedere Street.
The incident happened around 5:45 p.m., near Verdi Street in San Rafael.
According to reports, the driver of a red vehicle struck a parked car and rolled at least three times before coming to a stop. Afterwards, witnesses say the driver and passenger both fled the scene on foot.
