60-Year-Old Rider Killed in Motorcycle Collision near El Toro Cut-Off Road

LAKE ELSINORE, CA (February 13, 2023) – Early Saturday afternoon, one man was pronounced dead after a motorcycle accident on Highway 74.

Police responded to the scene around 12:20 p.m., near El Toro Cut-Off Road on February 4th.

Reports indicate that the rider was heading east when he was unable to negotiate a curve due to speed. The rider was then ejected from the 2003 Honda RC51 motorcycle as it traveled across the westbound lanes into a dirt embankment.

Medics airlifted the 60-year-old motorcyclist to Wildomar’s Inland Valley Medical Center where he died a short time later. Authorities have not yet released the identity of the deceased victim.

Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties. Once available, more details will be provided about the fatal motorcycle accident on Highway 74.
