Man Fatally Struck in Pedestrian Accident on State Route 516 [King County, WA]
Male Pedestrian Killed in Deadly Hit-and-Run Collision near Interstate 5
KING COUNTY, WA (November 30, 2022) – Early Tuesday morning, one man was fatally struck in a pedestrian accident on State Route 516.
Dispatchers responded to the scene around 2:30 a.m., near the northbound Interstate 5 interchange.
According to reports, the driver of an unidentified vehicle struck a male pedestrian and immediately fled the scene.
Medical personnel arrived and pronounced the man dead at the scene due to the extent of his injuries. Although, authorities have not yet released his identity at this time.
Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
At this time, an active investigation to determine further details is still currently underway. Once available, more information will be provided about the pedestrian accident on State Route 516.
