1 Injured in Cement-Truck Crash on Ocean Drive [Manhattan Beach, CA]
Injury Reported after Cement-Truck Accident near 42nd Street
MANHATTAN BEACH, CA (November 21, 2022) – Late Wednesday morning, one victim sustained injuries in a cement-truck crash on Ocean Drive.
The incident happened around 10:50 a.m., at the 4200 block of Ocean Drive near 42nd Street.
Video footage shows the cement-truck partially inside a residential building while its cargo laid on its side. However, further events leading up to the collision remain unclear.
Furthermore, one person was injured in the accident and was treated. Although, authorities have not yet released their identity.
Moreover, multiple tow trucks were dispatched to remove the cement truck from the scene. No other information was released by the authorities and further investigation is underway.
Like other truck accidents, unsecured cargo and lost load can cause a can cause death, serious injury and/or property damage.
