30-Year-Old Woman Fatally Struck near Indian School Road
PHOENIX, AZ (November 10, 2022) – Late Thursday night, a woman was pronounced dead after a pedestrian crash on 35th Avenue.
Police responded to the scene just before midnight near Indian School Road on November 3rd.
According to police, they arrived at the scene and found the 30-year-old woman with heavy injuries. Shortly after, medics pronounced her dead at the scene.
Meanwhile, reports stated that the woman was believed to be crossing the intersection mid-block when the collision occurred.
Authorities have withheld the identity of the deceased, pending family notification. Police said that the driver was traveling eastbound at the time of the collision.
Emergency crews closed off the surrounding area for a brief time during cleanup and preliminary duties.
