Motorcyclist Pronounced Dead after Rear-End Collision near Northern Durango
LAS VEGAS, NV (November 7, 2022) – Wednesday night, Tony Tomas was killed in a motorcycle accident on 215 Freeway.
The crash happened around 9:00 p.m., near the Durango off-ramp. Officials responded to a report of a two-vehicle collision.
According to reports, a red Yamaha motorcycle was traveling westbound at a high rate of speed, approaching the Durango off-ramp. There, the rider rear-ended a white utility van.
The impact of the collision ejected the rider from the motorcycle onto the road. Due to the extent of injuries sustained, 27-year-old Tony Tomas, of Las Vegas was declared dead at the scene.
