SAN DIEGO COUNTY, CA (November 1, 2022) – Early Thursday morning, a rollover crash on Interstate 8 in El Cajon injured two people.
The crash was reported around 2:30 a.m. along eastbound I-8 in San Diego County, per initial reports.
