One Pronounced Dead after Two-Vehicle Accident on US 60 [Morristown, AZ]
Vehicle Collision on US 60 Left One Woman Dead
MORRISTOWN, AZ (November 1, 2022) – Friday morning, police responded to a two-vehicle accident on US 60 that left one woman dead.
The incident happened on October 28th at around 10:15 a.m. at the intersection of State Route 74 involving at least two vehicles, one identified as a jeep.
According to police, the female driver was ejected from her Jeep and witnesses attempted to perform first aid.
Furthermore, when officers arrived at the scene they pronounced the woman dead, due to the extent of her injuries.
Morristown Officials have not released the identities of any of the involved parties at this time; however, police will release more information as it becomes available to the public.
Additionally, both directions of the roadway were closed down for an extended period of time, to allow for cleanup and preliminary duties.
The events leading up to the two-vehicle accident on US 60 have not yet been determined. An active investigation is currently underway at this time.
