Three Vehicles Overturned after Semi-Truck Crash on Highway 99 near California Avenue

BAKERSFIELD, CA (October 28, 2022) – Tuesday afternoon, a semi-truck crash on Highway 99 left several people injured.

The incident happened at around 1:43 p.m. involving two vans and a semi-truck.

Officers arrived at the scene and found the two vans and the semi-truck overturned in the center divider of the highway. The collision left several of the vehicles’ occupants injured.

Following the collision, emergency crews shut down the areas surrounding the crash to perform cleanup and preliminary duties.
