Charly Mederos Pronounced Dead after Traffic Accident on 210 Freeway [Sylmar, CA]
Single-Vehicle Crash on 210 Freeway Left 1 Dead, 2 Badly Hurt
SYLMAR, CA (October 25, 2022) – Early Saturday morning, a solo-car accident on 210 Freeway claimed the life of Charly Mederos.
The incident happened on October 22nd, in the area of 210 Freeway involving at least one vehicle.
The initial reports stated that the vehicle traveled into a construction zone and crashed into a California Department of Transportation forklift for reasons unknown.
Consequently, the vehicle then continued to drive until it struck a concrete barrier.
Furthermore, police said that the vehicle was occupied by three persons.
Authorities pronounced one person dead at the scene, who was later identified as Charly Mendros.
Meanwhile, the two other occupants trapped inside the vehicle were quickly freed by first responders and hospitalized for further treatment.
Police also stated that once the driver was discharged from the hospital, he will be taken into custody for speeding and DUI charges.
