One Killed in Pedestrian Crash near Nugget Casino Resort
SPARKS, NV (October 14, 2022) – Thursday night, one victim was killed in a pedestrian accident on Nugget Avenue.
The crash happened on the evening of September 29th, near the Nugget Casino Resort.
According to reports, a bus driving east on Nugget tried to turn north when it struck a pedestrian crossing in the crosswalk.
First responders arrived and declared the pedestrian dead at the scene. The name of the victim has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, the bus driver remained and cooperated with the authorities.
