Multiple Hurt in Auto Accident near Metz Road
GREENFIELD, CA (October 17, 2022) – Early Friday morning, multiple victims were injured in a big-rig crash on Highway 101.
The incident happened just after 5:30 a.m., just south of Greenfield near Metz Road.
According to California Highway Patrol, the collision involved a double flatbed truck and a septic tank truck that both flipped on their sides. In addition, four other passenger cars were involved.
At this time, the events leading up to the collision remain unclear. However, reports indicate that several occupants sustained various injuries.
Authorities diverted traffic to Metz Road after officers cleared the scene.
